We are seeking to appoint a skilled, enthusiastic and experienced Caretaker who is able to use their skills and initiative in supporting the Site Manager and provide and maintain an effective caretaking/cleaning service in a school. We are looking to appoint a well-motivated person, willing to take responsibility and use their initiative in providing whole-school professional support. We very much believe in the personal approach and the colleague appointed to our team will be someone who enjoys working in a busy school environment.

The successful applicant will be expected to work for 37 hours per week and will be based in the Student Support Centre, which will entail dealing with pupil, parents and staff enquiries, both in person and over the telephone.

They will also assist in providing administrative support for the school including word processing, data input and general office duties; therefore experience of working within an administrative environment and ICT qualifications for Microsoft Office packages are essential.
