The GCSE Full Course comprises of 10 units of study:

This course deals with sensitive matters concerning religious belief and practice. Therefore, the sharing of students' ideas and opinions is greatly encouraged. A wide variety of learning activities are employed.
Students have access to an up-to-date collection of textbooks and other published materials written to meet the requirements of Key Stage 4 Religious Studies. Video material, Information and Communication Technology, CD ROM’s and a library of religious artefacts help with the delivery of this course. Links have also been established with the local denominations of Christianity. Appropriate trips and visitors will also be arranged.

All students will be entered for the Religious Studies Short Course Option A WJEC G.C.S.E Specification B. The Short Course consists of one examination paper accounting for 100% of the total marks.
