Barton Blockers Volleyball Club
in association with 'Baysgarth School Sports Partnership'
Recognising the need for junior and senior Volleyball development in the Barton-upon-Humber area, Barton Blockers Volleyball Club was founded in the summer of 2009.
Claire Farrow who leads the Baysgarth School Sports Partnership kindly helped out with initial funding to buy essential equipment to get us up and running.
The Blockers have trained hard for a year, and will join the Hull and East Yorkshire Volleyball Association in their 2010 league and possibly the Lincolnshire League also.
We are able to field Men’s 6, Women’s 6, Mixed 6 as well as under 18 and under 16 good quality sides at national tournaments, and will begin to do so in the summer of 2010.
Training numbers are usually between 15 and 20 on a Sunday evening at Baysgarth School. All abilities are welcome, feel free to join us.

Level: All players of all abilities welcome over the age of 16 on club nights, many junior tournaments and training sessions happen through Baygsarth School
